NATO Days attracted over 150,000 visitors – and MESIT was there!
On 19 and 20 September, MESIT took part in the 26th edition of NATO Days in Ostrava and the 17th edition of the Czech Air Force Days. At Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport, we were part of the joint OMNIPOL Group exhibition, showcasing a broad portfolio of Czech aerospace and defence technologies. This year’s event attracted approximately 150,000 visitors, who had the opportunity to watch dynamic demonstrations of aircraft and military equipment, as well as presentations of modern technologies over the two-day event.

At the joint exhibition, MESIT primarily showcased its tactical communication systems, which are used across a range of military platforms. Visitors could explore our radio systems, intercoms, headsets, and the possibilities for integrating them into comprehensive communication systems.
In addition to developing and manufacturing communication technologies, MESIT has extensive experience in precision engineering, machining, and the production of specialised castings. Together, these capabilities form the foundation of our portfolio for the defence industry.

The OMNIPOL Group exhibition also featured Aircraft Industries, ERA, OMNIPOL Airports, and OMNIPOL Defence, presenting their technological solutions. Visitors could see, for example, the L 410 NG and L-39 Skyfox aircraft, the VERA-NG and PLESS passive surveillance systems, and the Senator MRAP armoured vehicle.
NATO Days provided an opportunity not only to showcase our technologies to the general public but also to meet with Czech and international partners, government representatives, and expert delegations.
