MESIT holding a. s., residing in Uherské Hradiště, is currently one of the largest concern-type private-owned group enterprises in the Czech Republic. The business activities of its subsidiaries focus on electrical industry, metal-processing industry and metal casting.

MESIT holding a. s. company was established in compliance with § 162 art. 1 of the Business Code no. 513/1991 Coll. by the founding act of Feb. 10, 1993 and registering in the business registry at the Regional Court Brno-venkov, section B, insert 1008 of March 11, 1993 with the aim to realize capital management of business shares of the parent company in subsidiaries, and to realize united business, investment and personal strategies in MESIT holding group companies.

MESIT holding a. s. launched its business activities at the end of 1994, when its registered capital was increased with business shares in subsidiaries.

The registered capital currently amounts to 769,042,000 CZK.
MESIT holding a. s. coordinates major business activities among several of its subsidiaries, such as investment plans and forfeiting operations.
